• Bulk storage hoppers are used to automatically load the feeder bowl with your parts so that the operator isn't required to monitor the bowl.
     
  • We provide non-contact, high-quality photocell sensors on our elevators and storage hoppers with appropriate brackets to automatically turn the hopper on when more parts are needed by the bowl. This eliminates overloading of the bowls by operators.
     
  • We supply both vibratory and belt style hoppers.
  
 
  • The hopper is made of stainless steel and polished. This hopper/elevator reduces the loading height for operators when loading the feed system.
     
  • The elevator can easily be made variable speed as an option.
     
  • The Automation Feed Systems' table top mounted hopper/elevator is available in either a 1 or 2 cubic foot capacity.
